Retreats

A Meditation and Yoga Retreat offers participants an immersive experience focused on inner peace, holistic wellness, and self-discovery.  These retreats provide a sanctuary for individuals to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect to their internal world on a deeper level than daily life often allows.

Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork and Yoga Day Retreat

Many of us move through life carrying stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-limiting patterns that can feel difficult to shift.

Often these experiences are not only held in the mind — but within the nervous system and body itself. I will be offering a 1 day immersive retreat with my colleague and good friend Hien Tran (Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Yoga and meditation teacher) to help navigate and heal these patterns within the mind, hearts and bodies.

This is the first day of a 2 day program. The second day will go a little deeper with addtional offerings that are body based with a additional support based on chinese medicine principles. Both are stand alone days, so you are welcome to come to one or both.

                      Mind–Body Connection Retreat
A Day of Healing, Nervous System Regulation & Inner Reconnection

This immersive one-day retreat at the Vine and Branches Retreat Centre set in beautiful surrounds on 10 acres in the inner east of Melbourne, offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore practical and compassionate ways to work with stress, emotional patterns, and the deeper beliefs that shape our inner lives.

This retreat is designed as an experiential journey, moving from understanding → awareness → transformation → integration.

Together we will explore:
How stress and anxiety become held within the body and nervous system
Practical tools for emotional regulation and grounding
The relationship between thoughts, emotions, physical tension, pain and core beliefs. We will also explore key core beliefs underlying most psychological and emotional suffering and utilse compassionate approaches to identifying and transforming these.
